I am disciplined
Because I have my black belt in karate.
My Story
I wear many hats and somehow, manage to balance them all, while still finding time for myself. I’ve lived abroad, received my black belt in karate and have never been hesitant to speak my mind. I cried as I went through the “Bodies” exhibit because I realized just how delicate and intricate we all are. I was humbled at the Great Wall of China… the sheer magnitude of it and how small I physically felt in comparison. It’s a great metaphor for how I view life: in the greater scheme of things, we’re all just tiny pieces of a vast and complex puzzle. It makes me recognize exactly what my priorities are.
Step 1: Moisturizer

Begin with Hydrating Eye Cream and Hydrating Face Cream to infuse skin with an immediate burst of freshness while also ensuring your concealer and foundation apply smoothly.

Step 2: Corrector & Concealer

Using a Concealer Brush, brighten under eye darkness and neutralize any discoloration with Dark Bisque Corrector for a wide-awake look; gently pat it with your fingers to blend it into skin.

Follow with Warm Natural Creamy Concealer; apply it as close to the lashline as possible, focusing on the innermost corner of the eye; blend again with fingertips.

Bobbi Tip: “If the concealer looks ashy on your skin, it’s too light.”

Step 3: Foundation

Use your fingers or a makeup sponge to spot-apply Honey Natural Finish Long Lasting Foundation SPF 15 on uneven areas of skin or where there is redness (usually around the nose and mouth).

For full, yet natural-looking coverage, use a Foundation Brush to apply and blend foundation.

Step 4: Powder

Ensure the staying power of your concealer and foundation with a light dusting of Sheer Finish Pressed Powder.

Use an Eye Blender Brush or Mini Powder Puff to apply Pale Yellow to the under eye area, and a Powder Brush to apply Sunny Beige to the rest of the face.

Step 5: Bronzer & Blush

Add a warm, healthy tint to your cheeks, forehead, nose, chin and neck with Golden Light Bronzing Powder using the Bronzer Brush.

Bobbi chose vibrant Peony Blush as a pretty accent against Perivush’s beautiful deep complexion.

Step 6: Lipstick & Liner

Lips were left beautifully bare with just a quick coat of SPF 15 Lip Balm for added softness and protection.

Step 7: Brows

To frame Perivush’s eyes, Bobbi applied feathery strokes of Mahogany Eye Shadow to her brows with an Eye Brow Brush.

Step 8: Eye Shadow

Perivush’s eyes are naturally mysterious, so Bobbi chose sultry makeup shades starting with Bone Eye Shadow which was swept all over the eyelid using an Eye Shader Brush; Bobbi followed with Black Pearl Metallic Long-Wear Cream Shadow on the lower lid for dimension.

Step 9: Eye Liner

Bobbi lined Perivush’s upper lashline with Black Ink Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner.

Step 10: Mascara

Bobbi applied Black Everything Mascara on Perivush’s upper and lower lashes to complete her look.
