I am free
Because I believe in being the woman I truly am and doing what I was put here to do!
My Story
After my daughter and son were born, I went on a journey of self-rediscovery. I felt I had lost sight of who I was before I become a mom, so instead of wallowing, I took matters into my own hands: I gave myself a mini makeover; donated every last pair of sweat pants I owned; started working out; colored my hair and then, as I got my mojo back, chopped off my locks completely to reveal this new, chic ‘do! For most of my life, I thought that you had to have long hair in order to be considered pretty and feminine. But here I am: evidence that beauty comes in many shades and forms… feeling better than I ever have before. I love that my appearance says, “This is me!”
Step 1: Moisturizer

Begin with Hydrating Eye Cream and Hydrating Face Cream to infuse skin with an immediate burst of freshness while also ensuring your concealer and foundation apply smoothly.

Step 2: Corrector & Concealer

Using a Concealer Brush, brighten under eye darkness and neutralize any discoloration with Medium Dark Bisque Corrector for a wide-awake look; gently pat it with your fingers to blend it into skin.

Follow with Golden Creamy Concealer; apply it as close to the lashline as possible, focusing on the innermost corner of the eye; blend again with fingertips.

Step 3: Foundation

Use your fingers or a makeup sponge to spot-apply Golden Foundation Stick on uneven areas of skin or where there is redness (usually around the nose and mouth).

For full, yet natural-looking coverage, use a Foundation Brush to apply and blend foundation.

Step 4: Powder

Ensure the staying power of your concealer and foundation with a light dusting of Sheer Finish Pressed Powder.

Use an Eye Blender Brush or Mini Powder Puff to apply Pale Yellow to the under eye area, and a Powder Brush to apply Sunny Beige to the rest of the face.

Step 5: Bronzer & Blush

Add a warm, healthy tint to your cheeks, forehead, nose, chin and neck with Deep Bronzing Powder using the Bronzer Brush.

Nectar Blush was swept onto the apples of Erica’s cheeks with a Blush Brush to bring out her natural radiance.

Step 6: Lipstick & Liner

Clear Treatment Lip Shine SPF 15 is a beautiful way to soften and moisturize lips without having to commit to color.

Step 7: Brows

Try a few sweeps of Mahogany Eye Shadow with an Eye Brow Brush to enhance any darker brow color.

Step 8: Eye Shadow

Staying true to Erica’s casual chic style, Bobbi chose a gorgeous natural color palette starting with Bone Eye Shadow—a great neutral—as a base; Bobbi went on to apply Toast Eye Shadow with an Eye Smudge Brush to add depth to Erica’s eyes.

Step 9: Eye Liner

To make her eyes pop, Bobbi applied Caviar Ink Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner on Erica’s upper lashline using an Ultra Fine Eye Liner Brush.

Bobbi Tip: “To make eyes stand out, eye liner should be always be darker than your eye color.”

Step 10: Mascara

Several coats of Black Everything Mascara were applied to strengthen and condition Erica’s lashes.
